Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on our Sites infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Sites;
  4. your contact information;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above with the required statements under the DMCA. We may restore the content as the DMCA provides.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
