Cancellation policy
Story Letters subscriptions (monthly plan and the six-letter season) renew automatically until you cancel.
- Monthly: $12.00 is charged today and then every month on the same day, until you cancel.
- Season: $59.00 is charged today for six letters. It renews every 6 months at $59.00 unless you cancel. We email a reminder 30 days before each renewal.
- Gift: one payment of $59.00 for six letters. It does not renew.
Reminders and price changes. Season subscribers get an email 30 days before each renewal charge. Monthly subscribers get a yearly reminder of their subscription. If a price ever changes, we email you at least 21 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
How to cancel. Anytime, online, with no phone call: sign in at storieswithme.com/account, open Subscriptions and choose Cancel, or use the link at storieswithme.com/cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges. You can also email hello@storieswithme.com and we will cancel it for you the same day.
Refunds. Letters that have already been printed or mailed are not refundable. A season renewal charge is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and before the new season's first letter prints. If a letter does not look like your child, we paint it again and resend it free.
