1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Stories With Me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

2. Our Products

Stories With Me creates personalized, illustrated children's storybooks in which your child becomes the main character. Each book is custom-produced based on the information and photo you provide.

3. Personalization Requirements

You will provide your child's name, a clear photo (shoulders-up preferred), and any details requested at checkout. By submitting a photo you confirm you have full rights to use it.

4. Child Privacy & COPPA

Photos and personal details are used solely to produce your order and are never sold or shared. Intake photos are deleted after production. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Order Process

Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. Production begins shortly after — review your details carefully before submitting.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store card information.

7. Production & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after production. We are not responsible for carrier delays. A tracking number is provided when your order ships.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to help. If your book arrives damaged due to our error, we will replace it — contact us within 14 days with a photo.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, and story text are our exclusive property. Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial license to enjoy the book.

10. User Content

By submitting a photo you grant Stories With Me a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order. This license ends on delivery.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided as-is. We make no warranties beyond what is stated here and required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
