Refund & Quality Guarantee
Every Stories With Me book is personalized and made just for your child, so we can't accept returns the way a regular bookstore would. What we offer instead is simple: if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our quality guarantee
- If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
- If the illustration doesn't feel like your child, tell us what's off — we'll work with you to fix it.
- If we can't make it right with a reprint, we'll refund your order.
Cancellations and changes
Because production starts quickly, email us as soon as possible at hello@storieswithme.com if you need to cancel or correct a detail (name spelling, pronouns, dedication). If your book hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel or update it free of charge.
